By AB Dawson Did he do it? Did George W. Bush do Cocaine? Why is this an issue? Who made it an issue? This writer thinks this is nothing more than a straw man created to cause problems for George W. Bush. It is and was to take the wind out of the sails, so to speak of his very successful campaign. For the most part it was working. Other wise why would Bush not answer the question … unless he had really used cocaine and he did not want to be dishonest. If Bush used cocaine in his past, surely that news would have been all over the papers before now … unless that information was buried in some very sensitive background checks done on pre President George Bush. FBI files or just wild boldface false accusations? Put nothing past the Clinton Whitehouse. But this scheme may have backfired. Clinton was asked or at least his aids were asked if the President had ever used coke. His aids said that Clinton had told them he had never used cocaine. Of course it’s easy to lie to one or two people but much harder to lie to a roomful of reporters. Well, … maybe not. I remember a President saying; "Now listen to me I’m only going to say this once…" I wonder how he said he never used cocaine. Maybe he never intended to snort … No, he sneezed and when he inhaled he got some by mistake or I guess that depends on what you mean by used. Anyway, I know we can TRUST the President by his word. From the Federalist Digest:
As I was writing this I happened to tune in to Rush. That day, the 25th of August, one of his very infrequent guests, Jennifer Flowers said that when Bill did cocaine his head itched. Clinton also told her (Jennifer Flowers) that if she wanted to try coke he (Clinton) could get it for her. This was when he held the post of Attorney General … not so long ago. Certainly this is no young indiscretion. Clearly the Attorney General knows it is against the law to be in possession of cocaine. Jennifer Flowers credibility has been upheld by a tape recording that she made of a Clinton phone call when "dating" Clinton. Clinton can be clearly heard telling her to "deny, deny, deny" the relationship he was having with her. That should have been big news, especially when she was told by an Attorney General to lie. But alias, this was not and is not the case. The American free press is not "free" anymore. The main stream press continues to be very left biased and controlled mouthpiece for the liberal socialist cause. Bottom line… Who do you believe George W. Bush or a known liar? My bets on George W. |
