Elian Taken in the Night by INS Agents Please Do Not believe their Lies Law enforcement group wants
Reno fired
Elian Taken in the Night by INS Agents By A.B. Dawson 04/22/00 A terrible tragedy has finally occurred. Elián was taken. He was taken under cover of night by the INS. Ripped from the hand of loving relatives, he was taken under heavy guard to Andrews Air force base where he will be "reunited" with his father.
While Elián is not to leave the US until his court hearing in May, this writer believes that he will be spirited away on a government sponsored plane. If not directly sponsored or supported by the Clinton administration then it’s plausible that the Clinton administration would not stand in the way of the Cuban government flying in it’s own plane and taking Elián to Cuba. This would be the next step as he was taken to Andrews Air force base where security was tight. Once away from the loving relatives Elián is free to be brainwashed. Brainwashing will be easy to convince a 6 year old boy. It will be quick. It will be a disgrace that this will be allowed to happen in this America. The Clinton administration is entirely at fault and should be held entirely responsible for this black eye in American history. Clinton, Janet Reno and the out of control "justice" dept. including the out of control Lawyer Greg Craig and the outrageous statements by him, were all to blame. The mainstream American press must also take responsibility for this terrible act. For after all it was they who condoned this action by inaction. Where was the call for freedom? America, this is not about a six year old boy. It is about freedom. The Clinton administration will undoubtedly crank up the propaganda machine, however it is unlikely that this, like the other events such as Waco will fade away any time soon. The scenes of armed agents taking Elián at gun point and Elián obviously terrified, set a new low by the Clinton administration. He was being held by the fisherman who rescued him from the small rubber tube. The fisherman later yelled at the camera "My God America what have you done!!!!" Indeed America what have you done. Please, do not believe their lies!" By A.V. Horton Easter Sunday - 4/23/00 These were the impassioned words of Marisleysis Gonzalez as she spoke on C-SPAN this morning. Marisleysis is the 21 year old cousin of Elian Gonzalez who has been caring for him since his rescue at sea last November. Marisleysis was discussing the early Saturday morning attack on her home by federal agents sent by Janet Reno. She appeals to all good Americans to reject the lies of Clinton, Reno, and Craig. With help from the major news media, they have consistently misrepresented the facts and events in the Elian squabble over the past five months. Marisleysis makes several very valid points:
My thoughts are simply that our government has run afoul of all manners, common decency, and respect for the constitutional rights of the citizenry. Reno carrying on a pretense of negotiation while planning an attack ranks with the stunts of the Imperial Japanese in late 1941 – remember December 7, 1941 is a day to remain in infamy because the Japanese pulled an unprovoked and inappropriate sneak attack on Pearl Harbor while their diplomats were pretending to negotiate peace in Washington. Jack-booted government thugs breaking down of the door of the home of a law abiding American family, under the darkness of night, ranks with the acts of Hitler’s Nazi Germany in the 1930’s. America, heed the remarks of Marisleyis Gonzalez – she now has up close, personal, and first hand knowledge of the course our government is taking.
By A.B. Dawson 04/23/00 As predicted the Administration has cranked up the propaganda machine. Shortly after the "kidnapping" of Elián yesterday, President Clintons henchmen , Charles Wrangle, Greg Craig, and Janet Reno tried to float the story that the Miami relatives were law breakers and they were not negotiating in good faith. In truth the justice dept. was not bargaining in good faith as the family was on the phone with the justice dept. at the very moment the INS came crashing into the Gonzales home! OurNation has learned that because of a 1994 agreement with Cuba, the Clinton administration has agreed to send back refugees to Cuba in exchange for Fidel not to float thousands of Cubans to America. This is an amazing agreement that says the United States will send back those Cubans that risk their lives for freedom from tyranny! All this because Fidel threatens to send thousands of the worst to these borders. We at OurNation have always said that this was never about Elián and that it was about saving the political face of President Clinton and Al Gore! The tragic events of the last 48 hours bear this out. It is patiently implausible that the hurry up raid was because Elián was in imminent danger. More probable was that the Clinton administration was worried that Elián would ask for asylum on the May 8th Court hearing. Of course they had to take action and soon, to keep this from happening. The only way to move the scales in their favor was to "kidnap" Elián and deprogram him so that he would not ask for asylum in May. We here at OurNation believe this is happening now! It is imperative that Elián be open to monitoring by relatives in Miami.
By AB Dawson 04/26/00 No law was broken, no warrants were issued, no arrests were made. Yet because the Gonzales family would not do it the governments way (no right to lawfully negotiate) … Their home was violated by INS waving MP5 assault weapons threatening to kill any in their way! Constitutional scholars across the political spectrum all agree that the violent seizure of Elián has far reaching ominous tones that go to the heart of constitutional rights and limits of the government for each and every citizen of these United States. At the heart of the matter is "Did the government have the RIGHT to enter the home and take Elián?" Clearly no warrant was presented at the door although Janet Reno say’s that one was issued by a magistrate. No one has seen that warrant although some claim to. I for one have not seen it on any television news program. The Gonzales family was still negotiating in good faith when the door was broken down. The warrant was issued after hours on Easter weekend when the government knew the judges would not be around to question the action. In fact it appears that the justice dept. knew that only a magistrate was around to issue any kind of document and that this magistrate was friendly to the administration. He was also not aware of the facts of the case. Was this done because the administration knew that the presiding judge would not issue a warrant? The fact that Elián has been isolated is cause for concern. Fear that he is being manipulated (deprogrammed) and not allowed to make up his own mind, is viewed as abusive and without cause. As there is no way to check, aside for government spokes persons, one must take the word of the Clinton administration. Clearly they (the Clintons) have not been truthful and forthcoming in past skirmishes with the courts. We hear that the majority of Americans believe that Elián should be with his father. The facts may say otherwise. It is known that Juan Miguel tried to have a child with Eliáns mother but could not. They were divorced and she conceived AFTER they were divorced. However Juan did not choose to marry her, but instead married his present wife. Is Juan really the father? In many custody cases, proof of the father is sometimes part of the trial. Meanwhile the spin continues … By A. V. Horton 4/26/00 There are three very simple rules, if followed relentlessly, will result in total elimination of firearms accidents. They are:
These simple rules are well known and are generally taught in various gun safety courses used by the military, police, the Boy Scouts, citizen self-defense, etc. Usually, if you don’t obey these rules – you flunk the course. Was the Clinton/Reno INS thug who was caught on camera in the Miami Gonzalez home last Saturday morning practicing good gun safety? If we believe the propaganda of Clinton and Reno, we hear that their agents had no intention of hurting anyone and were just doing their job. On that basis, we find it impossible to conclude that the agent was not in violation of either rule 1, rule 2, or both. He was clearly pointing his weapon at or near Elian and the fisherman. There is no way to determine his thoughts concerning whether or not the weapon was ready to fire – my guess is that he loaded it in preparation for the raid! Now about rule 3. The agent was either short on knowledge of that particular weapon or was simply ignoring it’s characteristics. The weapon is fully automatic and fires 9mm rounds at 600 per minute. It has a huge recoil and does not lend itself to one-handed operation – it would be virtually uncontrollable if fired one-handed. When the weapon fires the recoil momentum is up and left. What happens in the event of a small slip by the reckless agent? Hint: Remember the photo and consider up and left. Answer: Both Elian and the fisherman die in the blink of an eye!!!
By AB Dawson 04/29/00 Cuban leader and tyrant dictator says that the State department. has placed unfair restrictions on the Cubans for whom he has requested visas, namely the doctors and playmates of Elián. Because of a 25 mile travel restriction from Washington, they would not even be able to visit Elián who is with his father at the Wye River Plantation over 60 miles distant! In addition the visas are for only 15 days. It is a mystery why this has happened, as Clinton has throughout this issue granted Castro’s every wish! It could mean that Castro would send thousands of criminal and sick Cubans to
the South Florida shores in spite of Clintons handling of Elián Gonzales. This
would be a political nightmare of the worst kind for president Clintion., who
has trusted the Cuban dictator not to send hordes of Cubans to these shores in
exchange for his help in the Elián debacle. It is somewhat of an irony that if
this happens, Castro would certainly have the last laugh. It would not surprise
this writer as Clinton has lied his way through his administration and
furthermore has double crossed many of his so called friends. This would be a
lesson for Clinton not to trust communist dictators in the future. Meanwhile an estimated 80,000+ protesters are marching in little Havana in protest to the Elián taking. In addition local Miami government has suffered with it’s police Chief resigning and the firing of the city manager. By AB Dawson 07/03/00 In a previous article, this writer told Ournation readers that Elian’s brainwashing would be quick. And quick it seemed to be. Within days of Elian’s kidnapping by federal INS agents, doctors working for Castro’s government, showed up at the US border with powerful physiological drugs. Lucky for Elian US customs seized the drugs. One thing this writer could not believe was the total "lockdown" of Elian. He was not allowed to see his relatives from Miami nor was he allowed to be seen by the press, except for the now famous Greg Craig photos showing a beaming Elian hours after his kidnapping at gunpoint. He was however, allowed to be paraded around for an elite socialist function in the Washington DC area. In this writers opinion, like a trophy or a prisoner of war. It looked like Elian had a fighting chance from the families team of lawyers in Miami. However when Elian’s hearing date arrived, Elian was not allowed to be at the hearing and the defense was weak. Earlier that week NewsMax.com had reported that Elian’s lawyer was a democratic operative. Had Elian not appeared at the hearing because operatives of the Cuban government had not yet convinced Elian to return to Cuba? The 11th Court that had first offered Elian hope, ripped it away with later rulings. The last hope, the Supreme Court declined to rule on the case. Truly a sad day in American history. All throughout this ordeal Janet Reno lamented that it would be so much better for Elian to be with his father and that "it was the right thing to do." Nothing was mentioned that Elian would be going directly into the arms of Fidel Castro and would be reprogrammed and would not be living with his father. He would be a prisoner of the state. Then like a vision, after Elian was on the plane back to Cuba, she said, "I’m glad that Elian is with his father. I just wish it could be in a free country." UNBELIEVABLE! Why not say and do something before he went back to Cuba?! President Clinton said words to the same effect a few days later. As Greg Craig stood in front of the Camera and said what a great day this was for Elian, we were shown footage of Elian arriving in Cuba. As his father pushed Elian ahead of him, Elian turned and stepped back in to the plane. Elian’s father quickly turned him around and out the door. Perhaps Elian was not yet convinced that he should return to Cuba. |
