Bill Clinton's "Third Term"

Sean David Morton is a futurologist. He says he can predict the future.

Morton, no doubt, has many friends in Hollywood that like such new age stuff. A NewsMax reader sent us a copy of Morton's The Delphi Associates Newsletter. The following caught Inside Cover's eye:

"I have now heard confirmation from three different sources who are very close to the Clintons that Bill has no intention of leaving the White House! At first I thought it was just right-wing paranoia. But a powerful woman friend of mine in entertainment (who must remain nameless!), who is a friend of Hillary's 'special friends,' was at the White House recently for a holiday. She said that Clinton spoke openly about finding a way to circumvent the Congress and the Constitution and find a way to stay on for another term, or stay president indefinitely. Incredulously, she asked how he was going to swing this feat of magic, and she said he got the most chilling, evil, demonic look in his eye that she had ever seen come from a human being, and he said, 'World War III.'"

"This same story I heard from my lady friend, and another relation of the Clintons, was recently confirmed in an article by Ralph Forbes. It seems Clinton has been running this scheme past a number of his inner circle, and is actively seeking ways to implement his goal."

Lewinsky's Dad Asked to Aid Clinton

WASHINGTON (AP) -- Millions of dollars short of covering the Clinton family's legal bills, officials at President Clinton's defense fund are nonetheless feeling a little sheepish about asking for money from one prospective donor: Monica Lewinsky's father.

Dr. Bernard Lewinsky, who has contributed to the Democratic Party over the years, recently received a request from the Clinton Legal Expense Trust asking for help in paying off the $10.5 million in legal expenses of Clinton and his wife, Hillary Rodham Clinton.

Lewinsky wrote ``Return to sender'' on the envelope, scrawling underneath, ``You must be morons to send me this letter!,'' according to a Lewinsky family friend who asked not to be identified.

Anthony Essaye, the fund's executive director, said Wednesday that he couldn't confirm the form letter was sent to Lewinsky but he assumes it was.

``It's just one of those things that happens,'' Essaye said. ``I'm sorry to burden him with that.''

The fund mails its donation requests to lists of people recommended by a direct mail group, he said.

It's possible the same group is working with the Democratic National Committee.

Less than a month ago, Lewinsky's friend said, the DNC sent the father of the former White House intern a photograph of Clinton and Mrs. Clinton with a fund-raising plea and the message, ``Thank you for your understanding during the last year.''
