As our House of Representatives and Senate sit on their hands with their brains sound asleep we are being set up for another painful fall. There is lots of conversation concerning what the Peoples Republic of China (i.e. PRC or Red China - Bill Clinton’s communist friends, our enemy) may or may not do to Taiwan (our friends) anytime soon. They won’t do anything until after the first of the new year, even in view of the fact that Taiwan was recently seriously crippled by an earthquake. December 31, 1999 is when the Canal ownership is transferred to Panama. Remember the "brilliant" Jimmie Carter and all of his dumb stunts? This one is among the grandest of dumb stunts.

Listen closely. Control of the Canal is being systematically moved into the hands of the Chinese Communists (ChiComm) through a vehicle known as Panama Ports Company. This is a front corporation for Hutchison-Whampoa, Ltd. which is controlled by the ChiComm and Hong Kong billionaire, Dr. Li Ka-shing. Li’s business is, and always has been, to operate enterprises that front for the military and intelligence arms of the PRC.

The Panamanian Legislature passed "Law No. 5" on 1/16/97 giving Hutchison-Whampoa (and therefore, the ChiComm) sweeping exclusive concessions regarding the Canal. These concessions include control of the Port of Balboa on the Pacific Ocean end, control of the Port of Cristobal on the Atlantic Ocean end, takeover of the Rodman Naval Base, control of U. S Air Station Albrook and Telfers Island, and a myriad of other strategic positions including authority over who uses the Canal and how!!!! We should expect there to be additional moves by the ChiComm to take control of other remaining U. S. Military installations in the region.

At a point in the very foreseeable future, expect the ChiComm to tell the U. S. that if we desire continued use of "our Canal" we should keep our noses our of the matters concerning Taiwan. It is very likely that this will mean the extermination of Taiwan. Furthermore, it will pave the way for a whole host of events, with results out of our control because we will be held hostage by our needs to use the ChiComm Canal!!!!

Time is short but we urge that you do what ever you can to help with a wake-up call to your Representatives and Senators to stop this insane rush to disaster.

There has been plenty of conversation and fear, along with huge sums of money spent by business and industry in dealing with this issue over the past year or two. Some computer glitches will occur, but they can be dealt with just like computer glitches have always been dealt with – fix it. The real concern for many is that subversives will use the "problem" to disrupt society with unrest and more fear.

My prediction is that some military mobilizations will occur in the name of solving Y2K troubles – they will really be societal experiments to determine how much more intrusions into our freedoms will be tolerated by Americans. We have been saying right along that the Waco Killing of Citizens was simply such an experiment – the facts that keep leaking out lend significant credibility to our belief. It is difficult to say how many citizens will be killed for Y2K – the number, hopefully, has gone down as a result of the recent disclosures about Waco.

Most of us will escape significant direct and personal troubles from Y2K in the short term. We will, however, get to suffer through the rhetoric that will pour forth from Washington DC explaining that big government really is our friend and how good it is that Y2K problems were solved by our friendly government. The tragedy will be that a large portion of the population will believe it!!! The result, for our long term, will be that bigger and more intrusive government will be more acceptable to many of our fellow Americans – precisely an on target event from the viewpoint of the subversives.
